The Woman Behind Willow
MEET JESSICA PHILLIPS
Founder + Principal Designer
This firm took root when Jessica Phillips designed and built her own custom farmhouse for her family—a season that reignited her lifelong passion for creating 'home'. Almost a decade later, Jessica is well known for her purpose-driven design perspective and deep understanding of what makes a house a family harbor.

Jessica has been studying design and renovating properties since 2007 but officially opened Willow's doors in 2019. In a very short time, she scaled a uniquely rooted firm and built a seasoned team that has helped countless families create their own personal havens of tradition and heritage.

She and her husband, Jason, reside on 20 acres in Kentucky with their four children. Her heart is deeply connected to her faith in Christ and orphan prevention, as expressed through her nonprofit work. Jessica enjoys the comforts of the South and is an avid traveler. You'll find her on most weekends in their lake home and her family will tell you she's never met a party she didn't love—to host. Jessica has a strong desire to leave this world better than she found it, one house and one life at a time.

The Story Changers
In 2012, Jessica and her husband brought their adopted son, Joshua, home from Ethiopia. Despite their joy, they left brokenhearted for the children they couldn't adopt. Less than a year later, they formed a non-profit organization funded by their respective businesses in hopes of creating change. Story Changers is an organization serving more than 120 children and staffing 18 internationally within two centers in Addis Ababa and Mojo, Ethiopia. Their approach is three-fold, aiming to restore, empower, and equip. In addition to their work with children, they focus on family preservation and orphan prevention by training single parents within the communities they serve.
When you partner with Willow Homes, you are indirectly transforming lives on the other side of the world. Our firm is committed to funding a large percentage of the Story Changers' annual budget each year. This is a feat we could not accomplish without our clients' support. We are blessed to have this opportunity, and our lives have been transformed by these beautiful and innocent souls.
